About David Vogler



David Vogler is a creative director focusing on digital platforms that include tablet, mobile, web, cloud and branded entertainment.

He has provided thought leadership for diverse entertainment brands including MTV Networks, Nickelodeon, Playboy, TimeWarner, Marvel Entertainment, Comedy Central's The Man Show, NBC-Universal, AOL, Sesame Workshop and The Walt Disney Company.

Working exclusively with C-Suite leaders, Vogler is a recognized innovator with the proven ability to sell ideas, inspire teams and drive business goals. Vogler has served as the Creative Director for NBC-Universal's corporate digital media group, reporting directly to the Chief Digital Officer. While at NBC, Vogler was part of the initial leadership team that created Hulu.com, the award-winning video content site.

Before joining NBC-Universal, Vogler was a Vice President, Creative Director at Modem Media, the renowned agency that pioneered many of the medium's best practices. In this role, David supervised a creative team building new verticals, web content, advertising and experiential marketing for AOL.

Vogler is noted industry-wide for his executive roles at both Disney Online in Los Angeles and at Nickelodeon in New York where he created ground-breaking original web content. He was responsible for leading the birth of Nick.com, a creative endeavor that made it the number one kid's destination on the web — a distinction it still holds today.

As an early technorati and digital industry veteran, David has authored columns for the AIGA Journal and lectured at Carnegie Mellon University's Human Computer Interaction Institute. Vogler lives in New York and holds a BFA in Communication Design from Pratt Institute.
